This is an open source toolkit for problem solving, rooted in brand strategy, but applicable for craftspeople of every kind. What follows is created, collected, and overseen by Garrett Herzik, but informed by friends, colleagues, mentors, and individuals known personally or exposed to virtually.

This is not an attempt to teach you what to think. It’s an ambitious proposal, desk reference, and evolving manual for how to think about various challenges you may face in a professional context. I cannot guarantee that after reading you will generate a perfect solution for every one of your problems. But, if you apply the processes, you’ll gain a funnel to routinely direct your thoughts toward helpful answers.
